Yeah.. you read that right.
I’m a big fan of kicking up a traditional recipe. And bonus, this is mayo free for those of us that don’t want, or can’t eat mayo.
A little salsa ranch, a little lemon, and garlic.. these are KILLER.
Do note.. I would chill the eggs to firm up if you were transporting them somewhere. I ate them as fast as I made them.. so, you know.. there’s that. 😉
